qoo.gl provides link shortening, QR code generation, and bio page/link-in-bio tools, along with related analytics. Features available to you may vary based on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, shorten, or distribute links or content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive (including phishing), infringing, defamatory, or that distributes malware. We reserve the right to disable, remove, or refuse to create any link or page that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as bio page content), and grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service allows you to create links to third-party destinations. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of any destination you link to. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including downtime, data loss, or third-party content accessed through links created on the Service.
